I dont know what that is

Pretty Modules does not make any core changes. Is this your new site ? Since you are getting error in helper.php as well (which is a part of standard Joomla! installation), it seems to be a configuration issue. You might be getting an error in Pretty Modules as well since Pretty Modules uses the same method to load module as Joomla! does.
Let me know :-
1. Try disabling Pretty Modules and see if you still get the error; if you still get error, I will not be able to help as it will not be related to Pretty Modules.
2. Have you assigned any module position under 'Other Parameters' and field 'Module Position' (7th field in V1.2).
3. If yes, have you created the module position. If not, create it; hover mouse over the field and you'll know how to create a position.
4. If this does not solve, please post the php info as derived from Joomla! Backend-->Help-->System Info-->PHP information.

If this does not solve, i may need access to your site.
