If you're talking about caching, the default cache time is 60 mins, so the display will be refreshed every 60 mins on page load, provided that there is fresh content.

If you're talking about scrolling feed and mean that white space should not appear, I'm afraid there will be white space at the end of every scroll approximately equal to the module's height. In the last option in 'Other Parameters', which is 'Type of Continuously Scroll Text', try setting it to 'Bounce' and see if the effect pleases you.
