How to install component? 1 Year, 10 Months ago  
Hello,
Can you please explain how to install this component. I have purchased it and downloaded it but it is just a file. Not a zipped file, and not labeled as normal components would be (ie com_blahblahblah)

There is nothing to unzip...nothing to load.

Please advise.

OK I figured it out. The component cannot be downloaded as a zip file if you are using Firefox.

I had to use IE and it worked.

I must admit guys, I am excited about this component but I haven't even installed it yet and already have reservations. You need to fix that download problem...it gives a bad feeling before we've even begun.

Not a zipped fileThis has been reported by two users before; one was able to download as zip with safari on mac, and the other with IE on windows. Could you try one of this browsers ? With Firefox 3.6 on Windows I'm able to download properly.
